Welcome to My Climb the Wall Page!
Help me support the 1 in 5!
I will be participating in the BC Lung Association's Climb the Wall: the Stairclimb for Clean Air 2020, happening in February 2021.
I know so many of us have been impacted by lung disease, either personally, or through those we love. I am challenging my lungs for those that simply cannot.
My family watched my Dad suffer through Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis until he received a double-lung transplant. He then fought for 2 years post transplant until he passed in late 2016.
I never really thought about lung health and the importance of your lungs until we were affected by my Father's condition but now understand the importance and am joining the cause.
Help raise funds to help find cures for conditions like IPF so that noone has to watch a loved one suffer and so that we can spend more time with those we love.
The money we raise will support the BC Lung Association's efforts in air quality and tobacco prevention initiatives, patient support programs and lung health medical research. We all breathe the air. The fight belongs to all of us.
Please donate online to my personal fundraising page, provided in the link below. A tax receipt will be issued automatically via email. For more information about Climb the Wall: the Stairclimb for Clean Air please visit www.stairclimb.ca.
