Welcome to My Climb the Wall Page!
I will be participating in the BC Lung Association's Climb the Wall: StairClimb for Clean Air, happening February 24, 2019. At this event, I will be challenging myself against the 48 storeys of the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre and collecting donations in support of the BC Lung Association's efforts and outreach in the lung health community.
My climb will be dedicated to my dad and my grandfather who both suffered from lung disease. Sadly, they passed away at age 57 and 87 after a tough battle with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. February is my dad's birth month which makes this an extra special time to celebrate his life and help make a difference in lung health. The BC Lung Association means a great deal to me, and any contribution is tremendously appreciated!
I know so many of us have been impacted by lung disease, either personally, or through those we love. I am challenging my lungs for those that simply cannot. The money we raise will support the BC Lung Association's efforts in air quality and tobacco prevention initiatives, patient support programs and lung health medical research.
We all breathe the air. The fight belongs to all of us.
You're able to contribute by using the "donate now" button to the right of the page. A tax receipt will be issued automatically via email. For more information about Climb the Wall: StairClimb for Clean Air please visit www.stairclimb.ca.
Thank you again for your support!
